Estimates, not measurements. Calorie and pace figures are estimates produced by the ACSM equations from GPS-derived speed. Consumer GPS data contains error; treat results as indicative, not medical or training advice.

No warranty. This tool is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. Parsing is best-effort: unusual or corrupt .fit files may fail to decode, in which case an error is shown and nothing is retained.

Acceptable use. Analyze files you own or have the right to process. Do not use this page to infringe the rights of others.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made based on these estimates.
